We are delighted to announce that James Lynch has joined M Cubed as our newest partner. James brings a remarkable depth of experience and expertise that will significantly enhance our firm’s capabilities and strengthen our ability to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

James is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, and holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. His career has been dedicated to helping smaller businesses grow, improve, and access the finance they need to succeed. With a background that includes significant experience in Private Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Operational Efficiencies, James has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive business success across various sectors.

Having previously honed his skills at Ernst & Young, one of the world's most respected professional services firms, James went on to run his own firm, where he continued his passion for supporting the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of the financial landscape have made him a trusted advisor to many.

In Real Life – James loves throwing himself down mountains and is a keen Alpine Ski Racer

Kaaeed Mamujee BSc (Hons) FCA

Founder & Consultant

Kaaeed trained as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and then worked with large multinationals such as Six Continents, Calor Gas and United Biscuits. He was UK Financial Controller of a business with revenues of £1billion, ten factories and five thousand employees.

“We set up our own business from scratch in 2005, so we know what it’s like out there. Our advice is based on practical experience as well as professional knowledge. I’m responsible for the technical, professional and compliance side of our work and head up our support team.

“My role is to make sure that we act as a secure safety net for you and your business, helping you to reduce the burden of red tape and manage the compliance of your tax, accounting and business affairs.

“I’ll work with you on your business plan and financial forecasting needs, particularly with raising funds in mind. We’re a very modern practice, but we see nothing wrong with good old-fashioned ideas of customer service.”

In Real Life – Kaaeed enjoys walking, swimming and photography. He is always up for a challenge and has walked and has cycled the Coast to Coast route in England.

Azam Mamujee MA (Cantab) FCA

Founder & Consultant

Azam is a Cambridge University graduate. He trained to be a Chartered Accountant with Deloittes where he spent fifteen years and was a Director in their Midlands Practice.

“We enjoy working alongside you and see very little fun in taking a reactive, distant role. I’m responsible for the advisory side of the firm, concentrating on the issues that hold back your business and the things that cost you time and money.

“The success of our own business depends entirely on how we help you to become successful yourself, so we work with you to create and carry out the actions that will lead to your success. I’ve been involved in hundreds of business situations and I bring that outside perspective and knowledge to your business.”

In Real Life - Azam is on the Board of Leicester University, Curve Theatre and Phoenix Arts and is a supporter of the arts. When he’s not spending time with his family, he’s a keen mountain trekker and advanced diver.

Claire Jefferson

Payroll Manager

Claire is the Payroll Manager. She has been working in Accountancy & Financial Services for over 30 years.

She is a Licensed Accountant and has been awarded the highest level of professional membership with AAT (FMAAT). Claire has also been awarded MCIPP status with the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals.
